Where is our system hosted?
In its own dedicated environment, in your required data location. Nothing is shared with other clients.
What’s included in the monthly?
Hosting, monitoring, backups, security updates, support for your team and a set block of improvement time each month.
What happens if something goes wrong?
We monitor every system continuously and get alerted before most issues reach your team. If something breaks, we fix it. If something needs restoring, we restore it from backup.
How do we ask for changes?
Raise a request with us. Small changes come out of your monthly improvement time, and anything larger is quoted at a fixed price before we start.
Who pays for AI usage?
You do, on your own AI account, at cost. We don’t add a margin, and you can see exactly what you’re using.
Is our data secure?
Each system runs in its own environment, with access by role, every action logged and encrypted backups. Your data isn’t used to train AI models.
Can we host it ourselves or leave?
Yes. You own the code and the data. If you want to run it yourself or move to another provider, we’ll hand it over.
