Is it really free?
Yes. No cost, no card and no obligation. We do it because a prototype is the clearest way to show what a custom system could do for you.
What do you need from us?
Two hours in total: one hour on day 1 for the people who run it to walk us through the workflow, and one hour on day 7 to see the prototype. Example files or screenshots help, with anything sensitive removed.
Do you need access to our systems?
No. We build the prototype on sample or anonymised data, so nothing touches your live systems or customer records.
What happens on day 7?
We walk you through the prototype in a one-hour session. Afterwards, we send you a fixed price for the full build. If you go ahead, the prototype becomes the starting point and we move into the build. If not, that's fine.
How long does the full build take?
Most systems are live in 4 to 8 weeks, depending on scope. We'll confirm the timeline with your fixed price.
Can it work with the tools we already use?
Yes. The full build connects to your existing tools and is MCP-enabled by default, so your team can use ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini with it.
