monday.com, Asana and ClickUp have all built AI agents directly into their platforms. If you run work on any of them, agents aren't a separate thing you might adopt one day, they're the next layer of the platform you already use.
The gap is that knowing agents exist and having one running on your actual work are very different states. Most teams are stuck in the first. This is the shortest path to the second, on a real task, with nothing to lose if it doesn't land.

No access needed
This is the part people expect to be complicated, and it isn't. The agent runs on our infrastructure, not yours.
A forwarded notification, a shared folder, an email alias, or a form pointed at us. Usually a one-minute setup that you control and can switch off at any time.
The agent reads, judges, drafts, classifies or summarises, depending on the task.
A draft in an inbox, a row in a shared sheet, a message in Slack or Teams. Someone on your team picks it up and uses it.
No credentials change hands. No one logs into your systems. Nothing is written to your CRM, practice system, ERP or any system of record. There is no IT ticket, because there is nothing to give us access to.
Scoped access, no data retention, deleted on request, revocable at any time. Per-client deployment with Australian data residency.
The catch
Nothing in money. Three things in commitment, and we're strict about them because they're what makes the build work.
Not because we'll be selling in it, but because if this works you'll want to do something about it, and we've learned that a build nobody senior watched tends to die politely.
Not a description of it, not a documented version. The real one, exceptions and all, because that's where the useful detail is.

The honest part
Here's the honest shape of it, because a free thing with no visible path to revenue reads as a trick.
The free build runs beside your systems, not inside them. That's deliberate. It means no credentials, no IT ticket, and nothing to unpick if you decide to walk away. It also means someone on your team is still moving the finished output by hand at the end of it.
What the 30 days proves is the part that was actually risky: whether an agent can handle this judgment reliably, on your real inputs, including the messy ones nobody mentions in a demo. That's the question you can't answer from a slide or a sandbox, and it's the reason most AI projects stall before they ship. Once it's answered on your own work, what's left is engineering we do every day.
So at day 30 there are two conversations.
We scope and build the full workflow: connected to your stack, writing back into your systems, with the manual step gone and the agent doing the whole job rather than the interesting part of it. This is the work we do, and it's what the free build exists to de-risk.
We export the workflow and hand over the documentation. You keep what we built, at no cost, with no obligation and nothing ongoing. If the timing's wrong, it's wrong, and the door stays open.
