Is the prototype really free?
Yes, for one workflow per business, after a qualifying call. There's no obligation to build.
What counts as one workflow?
Anything that follows a piece of work from start to finish, even when it crosses teams and systems. Sales through to delivery, a client request through to sign-off, an application through to approval. If it has a clear start and end, it counts as one.
What do you need from our team?
About two hours: one to map the workflow, one to review the prototype. Plus access to whoever knows the work best.
What if custom software isn't the right answer?
We'll tell you. Sometimes the better move is an integration, or a change to how the work runs.
Do we have to replace the tools we use?
No. Tools worth keeping get connected. We only replace what costs more than it gives.
When do we get the fixed price?
After the walkthrough. Timing depends on scope, and we'll tell you when to expect it.
