Step 1
Map it.
We sit with the people who do the work and walk the workflow end to end, from where the work comes in to where it's done. We look at the systems behind it, where information lives and what you want to improve, and pinpoint where the work stalls, doubles up or depends on one person.
Then we refine it with your team: which steps stay, which go, which run on rules, which need judgment, and where your people make the calls.
You get: a clear picture of how the work runs today and how it should run.
Step 2
Prototype it.
We build a prototype that shows how the refined workflow could run as custom software, on sample data. In a one-hour walkthrough, your team clicks through it, and we adjust the design from what they see. After the walkthrough, we send a fixed price for the full build.
You get: a prototype to click through and a fixed price for the build.
Step 3
Build it.
We build the production system in stages, so you see progress every week or two. That means the custom software, the AI agents at the steps that need judgment, and the integrations with the tools you keep.
We bring your existing data across, test with your team and run the new system alongside the old one until you're ready to switch.
You get: a production system, your data moved across and a team that knows how to use it.
Step 4
Run it.
We host your system in its own environment, monitor it, back it up daily and support your team. Each month includes time to keep improving it, so the system changes as your business does.
You get: a system that keeps working and keeps getting better.
