Our story

WorkflowPower started with a simple idea: most businesses don't need more software, they need systems that fit how they work.

For years we built those systems on flexible platforms like monday.com, Asana and ClickUp, for enterprise brands, mid-market teams and owner-run businesses across Australia. We mapped how the work ran, refined it and configured the platform to match. It worked, up to a point.

The platforms got close, but rarely all the way. Every build had a list of things the client wanted that the platform couldn't quite do, and the team filled the gaps by hand. Meanwhile, AI changed what's possible, and the cost of building custom software came down.

So we kept doing the part we've always been good at, understanding how the work really runs, and changed what we build on. Now the system fits the workflow exactly, with AI agents and integrations built in, and it's yours to own.
