And we build them to keep your data secure and in your control, deployed per client with Australian data residency available, rather than routed through third-party tools you can't see into. What is a custom integration?
A custom integration is a purpose-built connection between two or more of your systems, made when there's no reliable off-the-shelf option or the process needs logic a standard connector can't handle. It lets your tools share data and trigger actions automatically, so work moves between them without anyone re-keying it.
Can you connect the specific tools we use?
Almost always, yes. Where a native integration exists we use it, and where it does not we build a custom connection through the tools’ APIs. If a system has an API, we can generally connect it, including specialist and industry-specific software.
Why not just use Zapier or Make?
Those tools are great for simple connections, and we use them where they fit. But they hit limits with complex logic, high volume, or sensitive data routed through a third party. For those cases we build custom integrations you own and control.
Is it secure, and how is our data handled?
Security is built in. We deploy per client, offer Australian data residency, and build with proper authentication so sensitive data isn't routed through tools you can't see into. For confidential work in legal and accounting, that control matters.
Do you maintain integrations after they're built?
Yes. We build in error handling and monitoring so integrations don’t silently break, and we can maintain and support them so they keep running reliably as your systems change.
