Artefy approached Workflowpower to help with the optimisation of their existing Monday.com account. As a NFT producer they needed to optimise the way artwork was planned, scheduled and then created. Visibility was also required for different artists on the status of NFT’s being create
Our process
As part of our process we completed an initial analysis focused on these key areas:
- Auditing the existing Monday.com boards and structures
- Identifying a quick win implementation to hit the client’s goals
- Creating recommendations and structure implementation options
Through a collaborative process we demonstrated different ways Monday.com could be used at scale to manage the entire workflow and seamlessly provide visibility for artists requiring up to date information on their NFT’s.
The solution
The solution we developed involved collaboration with the client and modifying their existing board structure to enable the linkage of schedule and production through automation and mirroring. Structural changes to the boards also allowed for the organisation to become clearer and easier to manage. The client adopted changes implemented and continued to optimise their processes and workflow within the newly created boards.
The outcomes
The result was increased adoption of Monday.com as the primary tool for scheduling and production.
Integrating native dashboards using the Monday.com data allowed the team to stay in one system and use a single workflow to keep all stakeholders engaged.
